Refunds and Cancellation

Effective Date: 1st May, 2025

At CareerBubble, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences that help students gain career clarity and confidence. To maintain fairness and operational transparency, we have established the following refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for our workshops, webinars, or digital services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Workshop registration fees
  • Event participation charges
  • Digital downloads or learning materials
  • Consultation or mentoring sessions

Once a payment is successfully made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including inability to attend, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare and exceptional circumstances:

  • Event cancellation by CareerBubble
    If a workshop or session is canceled by us due to technical, scheduling, or unforeseen reasons, we will either reschedule the event or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payments
    If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same transaction, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment upon verification.

In both cases, you may write to us at merushri@yourcareerbubble.com, and our team will resolve the issue within 5–7 working days.

3. Transfer or Rescheduling Requests

While we do not offer refunds, we may allow rescheduling or transferring your seat to a future workshop (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 48 hours before the event.

Please email us at merushri@yourcareerbubble.com with your payment details and request. Approval is at the sole discretion of CareerBubble.

4. Responsibility of the User

Before making a payment, we encourage all users and parents to:

  • Read the complete workshop description carefully
  • Ensure the date and time fit the student’s schedule
  • Ask questions via our contact form if unsure

We do not take responsibility for errors due to incorrect form submissions, misinformation, or misunderstandings regarding the program.
